Monica Cohen Lenoff is an educator whose work is rooted in creativity, inclusion, and the belief that meaningful learning begins with understanding people as individuals.

With experience across art education and special education, Monica brings a practitioner’s perspective to Pico Ripple Foundation. She helps shape programs that are accessible, engaging, and responsive to the different ways people learn, communicate, and participate.

At Pico Ripple, Monica supports the development of programs and learning experiences, helping translate broad ideas into experiences that can be explored with children, educators, families, and communities.
